They believe that we each have a karmic responsibility to do our part to co-create the world we want to be part of\, AND they understand that often there are barriers in this work\, inside and out\, especially for women. \n\n\n\nIn this workshop Amber and Luna hope to create a space where women can… \n\n\n\n* Find Deep Connection to Self\, Source and Sisters… \n\n\n\n* Be both Vulnerable and Brave\, Digging Deep into Authenticity… \n\n\n\n* Find Truth\, Value and Courage in Stepping Across the Threshold of Empowerment \n\n\n\n* Feel Supported in Living a Life of Love\, Purpose and Impact \n\n\n\n* Join a Mission to Co-Create a New World – Inside and Out! \n\n\n\nYou can expect… \n\n\n\n* Elemental Ritual and Ceremony \n\n\n\n* Guided and Free Form Movement and Embodiment Practices \n\n\n\n* Music\, Singing and Dancing \n\n\n\n* Large Group and One on One Shares for Deeper Connection  \n\n\n\n* Meditation\, Visualization\, and Journaling \n\n\n\nPlease be prepared with… \n\n\n\n* Comfortable\, layered clothing \n\n\n\n* A journal and something to write with \n\n\n\n* An alter item (Any small trinket that will remind you of this day when you see it in your home at a later point in time.) \n\n\n\n* A water bottle \n\n\n\nCost: $30-$60 sliding scale \n\n\n\n Financial Assistance Available \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPLEASE NOTE: We encourage pre-registration for all programming. Registering in advance guarantees your spot and helps the studio have adequate staffing.
