DESCRIPTION:at Asheville Community Yoga \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nGain a basic understanding of astrology and how it impacts human behavior and the human experience in this practical\, informative\, and playful workshop. Together\, we’ll discover the gifts and lessons of the zodiac signs\, planets\, and their elements. Through astro-yoga\, we’ll align the yoga asana practice with the wisdom of astrology\, so you can incorporate it into your daily routine. You’ll leave feeling grounded\, inspired\, and equipped with accessible tools to carry you forward. \n\n\n\nYou can expect: \n\n\n\n• An interactive discussion on foundational astrology principles and how they can inform your relationships\, work\, strengths and challenges\, life purpose\, life lessons\, and more \n\n\n\n• Astro-themed yoga asana to integrate the knowledge of the discussion \n\n\n\n• Play and exploration of the astrology elements and planetary energies through movement\, contemplative practice\, etc.  \n\n\n\n• Expect to have fun — laughter is likely! \n\n\n\nWhether you’re a novice or an experienced astrology lover\, this workshop will offer you a new perspective with practical directives to integrate into your life. \n\n\n\nMary Kathryn’s intention is to facilitate a space for learning\, play\, growth\, connection\, and guidance—and to share the wisdom of the cosmos! She is an experienced certified life coach\, trained professional astrologer\, energy medicine practitioner\, and yoga teacher.
