SUMMARY:Trans Embodiment Workshop w/ Greyson Strzelczyk
DESCRIPTION:A workshop for transgender\, gender non-conforming\, and gender expansive folks to come together in a safe space to find peace within our bodies and minds.  \nThemes/what we’ll do:– developing a kinder\, more comfortable relationship with the body– self-acceptance and self-compassion– experience rest\, restoration\, and healing– taking up space– releasing shame– poses to find relief from gender-affirming\, body-altering practices (binding\, tucking\, etc.) \nPlease note: This workshop was adjusted to be 2.5 hours long (it was originally 2 hours long). \nCost: $30Financial Aid AvailablePLEASE NOTE: We encourage pre-registration for all programming. Registering in advance guarantees your spot and helps the studio have adequate staffing. If fewer than 5 participants register the event may be canceled. \nRefund Policy: We understand that life happens and unforeseen circumstances come up.
