SUMMARY:Yoga Therapy for Neck & Shoulders with Amy Sawyer
DESCRIPTION:In this part lecture and part practice workshop\, we’ll review anatomy\, posture and proper alignment of the neck and shoulder areas\, as well as tools to help avoid or manage pain and maintain mobility for optimal health. \nCost: $30Financial Aid AvailablePLEASE NOTE: We encourage pre-registration for all programming. Registering in advance guarantees your spot and helps the studio have adequate staffing. If fewer than 5 participants register the event may be canceled. \nRefund Policy: We understand that life happens and unforeseen circumstances come up.
