SUMMARY:Elevate - Live Music Yoga with Amy Sawyer
DESCRIPTION:This live music yoga class is designed to elevate your energy and consciousness. We’ll begin with a meditation\, followed by an intention setting ceremony for the lunar cycle ahead. An all levels vinyasa flow will be accompanied by live music\, with electronic beats and good vibrations\, tuning the environment to align with mindful movement and breath\, followed by an extra long savasana with sound healing to relax and restore. \nCost: $30Financial Aid AvailablePLEASE NOTE: We encourage pre-registration for all programming. Registering in advance guarantees your spot and helps the studio have adequate staffing. If fewer than 5 participants register the event may be canceled. \nRefund Policy: We understand that life happens and unforeseen circumstances come up.
