DESCRIPTION:Heal Old Trauma In Stillness is a gentle\, 90 minute mindfulness workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body\, release old emotional patterns\, and cultivate deep inner trust. Through guided talks\, grounding practices\, and open discussions\, you’ll explore the wisdom of your body\, the power of compassion\, and the freedom that comes from letting go of self-blame. Each segment builds naturally — from awareness\, to compassion\, to release — creating a safe and supportive space for healing.  \n💫 Takeaways  \n✨ A renewed sense of calm and safety within your body ✨ Practical mindfulness tools for self-soothing and grounding ✨ Deeper understanding of how generational trauma lives in the body — and how to gently release it ✨ A personal shift from survival mode toward trust\, compassion\, and serenity ✨ Connection with a like-minded community on the healing path \nHow this workshop will flow: \n\nA brief grounding practice and introduction to create a calm\, supportive space for the journey ahead.\nListening to the Body- Learn to tune into the body’s wisdom through mindfulness practice and reflection\, exploring where tension and emotion live within you.\n Finding the Place of Compassion- Cultivate self-compassion as a tool for healing and understanding — both through guided meditation and open discussion. \nBreak- Take time to breathe\, stretch\, or journal quietly.\nPutting Down the Hammer- Explore what it means to stop self-blame and embrace inner gentleness — learning how to meet yourself with care instead of criticism.\nReflection- Integrate your experience through quiet journaling\, sharing\, or contemplation before closing the session together.\n\nFor more information on Katbird\, please see his teacher profile here! Registering in advance guarantees your spot and helps the studio have adequate staffing. If fewer than 5 participants register the event may be canceled. \nRefund Policy: We understand that life happens and unforeseen circumstances come up. If life offers up an unexpected event and you need to withdraw from the workshop: \n\nA full refund will be issued if you need to withdraw 4+ days before the workshop. Please reach out for your refund\, as it will not be automatically applied to your account.\nIf you need to withdraw within 3 days or fewer\, no refund is provided.\n\nPlease create a Mindbody account for each participant if registering more than 1 person.
