DESCRIPTION:Join Ocean in this drop-in series offered every Monday of January!  Explore the intersections between hatha yoga and Somatic Experiencing through the lens of nervous system repair. We will practice asana\, pranayama\, and mindful social engagement in service to healing our connection with our bodies\, hearts\, and each other.
