SUMMARY:Open Into Love: Embodying Relationship\, A Workshop For Couples
DESCRIPTION:w/ Michael Greenfield \n\n\n\nAll Proceeds go towards our Fall Fundraiser! \n\n\n\nSunday November 13th\, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIn this workshop we will examine what it means to be in deep romantic connection with our partners. We will learn to listen to the wordless energy that our significant other communicates\, to create and sustain the force field of love\, and learn the art of embodied intimacy through yogic play. \n\n\n\nTogether we will move past ego in order to find ultimate bodily communion\, experience love that is pure and unconditional\, and learn how to use the body as the sacred instrument that it is. \n\n\n\nAs we cultivate deep listening to your partners wants and desires and transmute them into ultimate connection\, we will watch together as separation between the self and the other drop away and become a state of formless love. \n\n\n\nThere will be some asana\, so please dress for movement. \n\n\n\nMichael has been doing yoga and relationship work since 1995. He began assisting and leading workshops around the country in 2002\, and founded Asheville Community Yoga in 2010. Michael remains the Executive Director of ACY\, where he leads regular classes and men’s groups\, and has received Best Of awards through Mountain Xpress for the last 10 years. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\nClick Here to Register Now\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nCost: Sliding scale $75-$175 Financial Aid Available \n\n\n\n*Individuals will need to register separately. \n\n\n\nPLEASE NOTE: We encourage pre-registration for all programming. Registering in advance guarantees your spot and helps the studio have adequate staffing.
