SUMMARY:Cacao Ceremony & Heart Opening Flow w/ Annalise Yagya Jyoti
DESCRIPTION:Come sip\, play\, breath\, move\, and connect.  \n\n\n\nCacao is a gentle heart medicine with the incredible capacity to help us connect to our hearts\, release grief\, and tap into child-like joy.  \n\n\n\nWe will start with a cacao ceremony (outside if weather permits) during which we will bless and drink our cacao\, journey on a guided meditation to help you connect to your heart space\, and connect with ourselves and others through gentle connection activities.  \n\n\n\nThen we will move inside the studio for a gentle heart opening yoga flow and end our class with a crystal alchemy bowl sound bath. All are welcome. \n\n\n\nThe cacao beverage will be mixed with water\, tahini\, cinnamon\, cayenne\, maple syrup\, and a dash of salt. If you would like your beverage to leave out any of these ingredients please let me know at least 24 hours ahead of time by emailing me at mysticfemininefertility@gmail.com \n\n\n\nCost: $30 \n\n\n\n Financial Assistance Available \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPLEASE NOTE: We encourage pre-registration for all programming. Registering in advance guarantees your spot and helps the studio have adequate staffing.
