SUMMARY:Foundations of Flow w/ Alex White
DESCRIPTION:Foundations of Flow will bring us a greater understanding of the minute details of each posture. We will discover new depths to the vinyasa practice\, and build a solid foundation from which to flow. We will go into detail on the musculature and connective tissues involved in each posture\, and discover a deeper understanding of the yoga poses we do so often. \n\n\n\nCost: $30 \n\n\n\nFinancial Aid Available \n\n\n\nCost: $30 \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPLEASE NOTE: We encourage pre-registration for all programming. Registering in advance guarantees your spot and helps the studio have adequate staffing.
