SUMMARY:Empowered Birth w/ Eli McNamara & Kristin Loe
DESCRIPTION:Harness the power of initiation into parenthood & Nurture intimacy with your birth partner. \n\n\n\nat Asheville Community Yoga  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLed by Prenatal Yoga Teacher & LMBT Eli McNamara and Birth Doula/Women’s Health Entrepreneur Kristin Loe\, this workshop will offer yoga\, breathwork\, partner labor support techniques\, and doula insight and education for the pregnant person and their birth partner. Develop curiosity around sensation\, learn to trust your intuition\, and claim sovereignty over the mystery and miracle that is the initiation into parenthood. You will gain knowledge and practical tools that will prepare you and your chosen support person for the transformative portal of the birth experience. *Each registration is for 1 individual\, the pregnant person and the support person of their choosing must register separately.  *Please bring a journal and a pen.  \n\n\n\nCost: $25 per participant ($50 total per couple). \n\n\n\n *MUST ATTEND AS A PAIR\, NO SOLO ATTENDANCE PLEASE. \n\n\n\n*Please ensure that both you and your partner have registered. (The pregnant person and the support person of their choosing must register and pay separately.) \n\n\n\nFinancial Aid Available  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPLEASE NOTE: We encourage pre-registration for all programming. Registering in advance guarantees your spot and helps the studio have adequate staffing.
