SUMMARY:Resolve To Evolve (w/ Live Music) w/ Amy Sawyer
DESCRIPTION:The New Year offers the opportunity to reflect in gratitude for the past and set our intentions for the journey ahead.  \nThis workshop will include journaling\, meditation\, intention setting\, and an inspiring yoga practice accompanied by live music\, with electronic beats and soul-soothing frequencies. We’ll end our time together with an extra long savasana with sound healing to relax and rejuvenate\, with an optional sharing circle for additional inspiration. \nCost: $30Financial Aid Available- Please stop by the front desk or email Kelsey@AshevilleCommunityYoga.orgPLEASE NOTE: We encourage pre-registration for all programming. Registering in advance guarantees your spot and helps the studio have adequate staffing. If fewer than 5 participants register the event may be canceled. \nRefund Policy: We understand that life happens and unforeseen circumstances come up.
