SUMMARY:Tennis Ball Therapy (In-person & Virtual) w/ Diane Saccone
DESCRIPTION:Tennis ball therapy uses tennis balls to release movement restrictions\, restore mobility\, and reduce pain by targeting the connective tissue network\, rather than muscles alone\, making it an affordable and effective tool for muscle care. \nKey benefits include: -Pain relief as pressure from the tennis ball stimulates the release of endorphins\, the body’s natural painkillers\, which help block pain signals -Improved flexibility\, by reducing muscle tightness promoting a better range of motion-Enhanced circulation through stimulating blood flow\, bringing more oxygen and nutrients to the targeted muscles. This improved circulation aids in the removal of metabolic waste products\, reducing inflammation and promoting faster muscle recovery-Muscle relaxation & Reduces stress: The gentle pressure and stimulation of the skin promote relaxation and reduce stress levels\, contributing to overall well-being. \nSelf-massage with tennis balls is greatly enhanced by stretching\, which further increases circulation and re-educates the muscles to rest for a longer length. Stretching allows muscles to be softer\, more fluid and longer in their resting state. Combining asana with self-massage is particularly useful for those of us who have muscles that for various reasons (injury\, overuse\, or years of inactivity) resist stretching. \nIn this workshop\, we will use tennis ball therapy to unlock the feet and gluteals\, lengthen the hamstrings and adductors\, open and relax the shoulders\, arms hands and neck to the muscles along the spine which will restore balance to the body and the mind through the action of prana. We will begin at the bottom of the body and work our way up to the head and then finish our time together in a relaxing 10 minute savasana. This practice is safe for all age levels and abilities. \nAn e-workbook with the exercises we will be doing will be provided prior to the workshop. Bring two tennis balls and a sock to hold the tennis balls to the workshop. 5 CEU’s will be offered to yoga teachers and qualifying health practitioners. \n \nDiane Saccone\, MS MT (ASACP) ERYT 500 spent the majority of her career in the field of Clinical Laboratory medicine changing careers after her move with her husband to Western North Carolina in 2005. She also developed the active older adult program at the YMCA of Western North Carolina where she served as the Director of Healthy Aging Initiatives and traveled through the Y of the USA as a subject matter expert on aging; lecturing and teaching evidence based falls prevention programs across the country. SUMMARY:The Somatics of Attachment w/ Meredith Rosenbluth
DESCRIPTION:Please note: this is part of a 3-part series that focuses on healing through a Somatic Lens. Please see more about The  The Somatics of Conflict and Somatics of Trauma for more. \n \n \n \nAttachment patterns shape our closest relationships—how comfortable we are with intimacy\, with space\, and with ourselves. In this experiential workshop\, we will explore attachment theory through a somatic (body-based) lens. We will learn how attachment patterns form\, how they express through our nervous systems\, and how somatic work holds the key to healing our attachment wounds. \nThrough interactive lecture\, guided somatic practices\, journaling\, and group discussion\, you’ll begin to understand your attachment patterns more fully and develop the tools to create greater security within yourself—and by extension\, within all of your relationships. \nThis workshop is ideal for anyone curious about their relational patterns or aware they have some healing to do; invested in developing healthier relationships; seeking deeper self-understanding; and/or looking for tools to support their attachment security in a sustainable and effective way. \n \n \n \n \nThrough this workshop\, you will gain: \n\nA working knowledge of how attachment patterns develop and function\nThe ability to identify secure\, anxious\, disorganized\, and avoidant attachment responses/behaviors in yourself\nA foundational understanding of the nervous system’s role in attachment and healing\nEasily applicable tools to navigate moments in relationship when you and/or your partner are triggered\nSomatic practices to regulate the nervous system and increase inner safety\, both as a baseline and when attachment wounds flare\nGreater self-awareness\, self-compassion\, and language to understand your personal relational dynamics\nInitial steps toward cultivating a more secure attachment within yourself\n\n \n \nWe cannot change what we are not willing to see\, and we cannot outsource our healing. \n \n  \n \n \nA testimonial from Meredith’s February 2026 workshop\, The Somatics of Trauma: “Meredith really made this class so amazing. I did not know exactly what to expect going in\, but the amount of information that was given was so digestible. Meredith presented it in a way that was easy to understand and apply to my own life. I really enjoyed that she presented agreements at the beginning of class that set the tone for listening and sharing so that everyone felt comfortable. I left the class feeling like I could move forward with a new confidence in myself and in my body.” \n \nThis workshop is facilitated by somatic emotional health coach and educator\, Meredith Rosenbluth. Offering 1:1 coaching\, breathwork\, and group programs\, Meredith is devoted to cultivating attuned\, grounded\, vulnerable\, and joyful spaces to foster meaningful connection and personal transformation. All of you is welcome\, exactly as you are in any given moment\, always. You can learn more about Meredith’s private practice here. \nFor more information on Meredith\, please see her teacher profile here! SUMMARY:The Somatics of Trauma w/ Meredith Rosenbluth
DESCRIPTION:Please note: this is part of a 3-part series that focuses on healing through a Somatic Lens. Please see more about The Somatics of Conflict and The Somatics of Attachment for more. \n \n \nThe Somatics of Trauma is a compassionate\, educational\, and experiential workshop designed to help you understand trauma through the lens of the body—both in impact and in healing. We’ll explore the ways our bodies are wired to protect us; what trauma is and why it can lock the protective instinct on overdrive; and how to somatically support ourselves in finding safety and ease\, both during activation and as a baseline in our lives. \nThrough lecture\, personal reflection\, group discussion\, and gentle movement practices\, this workshop invites a deeper sense of self-understanding and provides practical tools to bolster nervous system regulation and resilience. \n  \n \nIn this workshop\, we will cover: \n\nNervous System Fundamentals: We will learn about the overall functions of the nervous system; our innate protective responses (fight\, flight\, freeze\, fawn); and spend time identifying your personal nervous system blueprint \nUnderstanding Trauma: We will explore the definition of trauma; types of trauma (acute vs. complex); and how trauma imprints and echoes in the body \nThe Goal of Somatic Healing: We will discuss why working with the body is essential in trauma healing; what the aims of trauma healing work are; and myths we are often fed about it \nSomatic Regulation Practices: In the final hour of the workshop\, we will practice accessible\, body-based tools to help calm the nervous system\, restore balance when dysregulated\, and cultivate a greater sense of safety in daily life\n\n \n \nBy the end of this workshop\, you will: \n\nUnderstand the functions and operations of the nervous system\nDevelop awareness of what your primary protective nervous system responses are; when they are echoes of trauma; and how to be with them rather than act from them\nCultivate greater tenderness towards your body’s responses and the wisdom inherent in them\nExamine and understand trauma\, its causes\, and its somatic impacts from a compassionate and objective lens\nLearn simple movement practices to support self-regulation and emotional balance in everyday life\nLeave with a sense of empowerment\, clarity\, and a renewed connection to your body’s innate capacity for healing\n\n \nAs humans\, we are wired for connection; healing happens interpersonally. This workshop is an invitation to settle\, to learn\, to be curious\, to feel\, to move\, to connect\, to reflect\, to integrate\, and to be. \n \n \n \nA testimonial from Meredith’s February 2026 workshop\, The Somatics of Trauma: “Meredith really made this class so amazing. SUMMARY:The Somatics of Conflict w/ Meredith Rosenbluth
DESCRIPTION:Please note: this is part of a 3-part series that focuses on healing through a Somatic Lens. Please see more about The Somatics of Trauma and The Somatics of Attachment for more. \n \n \nConflict is an inevitable part of the human experience—and for many of us\, it feels overwhelming\, threatening\, or unsafe. We ache to be seen\, heard\, and connected\, yet we avoid\, shut down\, or blow up in the face of relational strife. \nOur responses to conflict live inside our bodies. So does our capacity for repair. \nIn this experiential workshop\, we’ll explore conflict through a somatic lens\, focusing on the nervous system as the key to both understanding our conflict patterns and growing our ability to skillfully repair. \n  \n  \nThrough a combination of education\, self-inquiry\, group discussion\, and experiential somatic practice\, we will: \n\nUnderstand the basics of the nervous system and why a somatic approach to conflict is essential \nReflect on your personal survival instincts\, early patterning\, and individual responses to conflict \nLearn practical somatic techniques for recognizing activation\, pausing\, and working with different nervous system states (i.e.\, fight\, flight\, anxiety\, shutdown)\nLearn somatic tools and communication-based strategies that support more effective self-regulation and relational repair \n\n \nBy the end of this workshop\, you will: \n\nHave a foundational understanding of the nervous system and its relationship with conflict \nRecognize your own default conflict patterns (e.g.\, avoidance\, reactivity\, shutdown) \nKnow simple\, effective somatic tools for nervous system regulation \nGain language to communicate internal experiences during conflict (e.g.\, naming feelings and sensations) \nUnderstand the role of projection\, triggers\, and personal responsibility in relational dynamics \nLearn foundational principles of rupture and repair\, including how to move toward reconnection\nExperience how vulnerability and self-attunement support intimacy and safety in relationships. \n\n \nUltimately\, you will leave with practical tools\, increased self-awareness\, and a deeper understanding of how to support yourself through conflict with greater presence\, clarity\, and care. \n \n \n \nA testimonial from Meredith’s February 2026 workshop\, The Somatics of Trauma: “Meredith really made this class so amazing. Meredith teaches a weekly donation-based Meditation on Wednesdays from 1:15pm-1:45pm. \nCost: $25Financial Aid Available- Please stop by the front desk\, call\, or email kelsey@ashevillecommunityyoga.org. \n \n \nPLEASE NOTE: We encourage pre-registration for all programming. SUMMARY:The Yoga of Sound w/ Mackenzie Alistar
DESCRIPTION:This workshop will explore various dimensions of Nada Yoga\, the Yoga of sound. \n\nAs Irena Sterna puts it\, “Nada Yoga\, translated as “Unity through Sound\,” is not just a practice but a journey into inner harmony\, where sound serves as a bridge to spiritual consciousness.”\n \nThis soundbath and meditation will welcome the Summer Solstice in community\, embracing the longest day of the year together.   \n\nWe will begin with 10-15 minutes of gentle movement to help us arrive in our bodies. From here we will enter into a vibratory journey (sound bath) into the realms of tibetan bowls\, crystal bowls\, handpan\, flutes\, didgeridoo\, harmonium\, guitar\, drum\, chimes\, bells\, rattles\, voice\, and other sound healing instruments. This will flow into a more participatory soundsploration in which we will unite our voices in toning and mantra. We will have slow time at the end to process.\n\n\n\nThis is a great opportunity to rest\, relax\, come back to yourself\, and meditate on the nature of the universe.  \n  \n\n\n\n\nFor more info on Mackenzie\, please see his teacher profile here. SUMMARY:Self Regulation: The Vagus Nerve w/ Diane Saccone
DESCRIPTION:The vagus is the tenth cranial nerve\, originating in the brain stem and traveling through the face\, neck\, lungs\, heart\, diaphragm\, and abdomen\, including the stomach\, spleen\, intestines\, colon\, liver\, and kidneys. The vagus nerve is intricately connected to mood\, immune response\, digestion\, and heart rate. \nWhen we engage with something greater than ourselves and feel a sense of connection to others and the outside world\, it activates the vagus nerve—which can help lower blood pressure\, inhibit the stress response and reduce inflammation. It can also increase heart rate variability (a biomarker of improved health)\, reduce pain and improve sleep and mood. \nThis workshop will help you become skilled at switching between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system with greater ease and choice and help you reclaim the balance of your body and mind using tools of mindfulness\, conscious breathing\, and physical postures. \nThis workshop is appropriate for all levels of yoga and anyone wishing to learn more about the role of the nervous system and how to effectively control stress\, anxiety or negative emotions. A workbook will be included for all students and an online option will be available for anyone not able to attend. 3 CEU’s are offered for yoga teachers needing YACEP credits. \nDiane Saccone\, MS MT (ASACP) ERYT 500 spent the majority of her career in the field of Clinical Laboratory medicine changing careers after her move with her husband to Western North Carolina in 2005. The audiobook is available as well. \nFrom GoodReads.com: \nThe first two limbs of the eight-fold path of yoga sutras—the basic text for classical yoga—are examined in this spiritual guide to the practice of yoga. Foundational to all yogic thought\, they are considered to be the guidelines to the yoga way of living that free individuals to take ownership of their lives\, direct them toward the fulfillment they seek\, and gain the skills to choose attitude\, thought\, and action. \n The first five guidelines are referred to as the yamas—a Sanskrit word that translates to “restraints”—and encompass nonviolence\, truthfulness\, not stealing\, nonexcess\, and nonpossessiveness. The last five are referred to as the niyamas\, or observances—purity\, contentment\, self-discipline\, self-study\, and surrender. A self-study section at the end of each chapter may also be used by instructors for group discussion. \n \nFor more information on the book club facilitator Stephen\, please see his teacher profile here!  He teaches donation-based Warm Vinyasa Flow Mondays 7:30am-8:30am\, Gentle Flow Mondays 12:15-1:15pm\, and Warm Vinyasa Flow Tuesdays 4:15pm-5:15pm. \nPlease create a Mindbody account for each participant if registering more than 1 person. SUMMARY:Partner Yoga & Thai Massage Series w/ Leaflin Winecoff
DESCRIPTION:Please note: This series is a 4 week long offering\, meeting every Thursday in June. Price is per PAIR\, only one part of the pair needs to register to secure your spot. \nDid you know that you are a healer?\nThis four week series will help you to find out! \nPartner yoga is a great way to connect with your asana practice in a new way\, while deepening connection with a loved one. \nThai yoga massage (sometimes called “lazy person’s yoga”) is an ancient practice that can be described as a symbiotic healing dance\, where the benefits of yoga are experienced by both the giver and the receiver. We use hands\, feet\, elbows\, knees\, rhythm and gravity to gently open the energetic channels of the body\, restoring ease and flow. This practice is done fully clothed on a mat on the floor\, and typically does not use oils. \nWe will be focusing on some simple and effective techniques that are accessible for most bodies to give and receive. Each session of the series will incorporate a brief partner yoga warm up and then focus on a different set of Thai Massage sequences: Seated\, Supine\, Side-lying and Prone. \nExpect to learn: ~How Curiosity\, Compassion\, and Communication are at play in this art ~Intelligent body mechanics and safety protocols for giving and receiving ~The importance of shared breath ~Practical tools for helping your loved ones feel good in their bodies! \n*This is NOT training to become a professional massage therapist\, but to gain skills for personal use and well-being. \nThe basics of intelligent body mechanics\, giving and receiving\, and cultivation of loving kindness are paramount to to this practice\, and will be cultivated throughout. This is not a training to become a professional bodyworker\, but is meant to provide participants with useful tools to be shared with friends and loved ones. The hope is that you’ll leave feeling great in your own body\, and inspired to help others feel great in theirs! *Please do come with a partner you feel comfortable practicing with. \nTestimonial from a previous Partner Yoga & Thai Massage Workshop:  \n“Everything was so perfect! What a beautiful class offering to connect deeper with your partner. We’re looking forward to taking what we learned and using it in our daily life! Thank you for everything. It was truly special. We can’t wait to attend the next one!” \nPlease note: This workshop is limited to 10 pairs! \n*Modifications and variations will be shared for every technique taught as there is no one-size-fits-all massage. Please arrive in good health and ability to communicate your body’s needs. \n*You must be a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of North Carolina to charge for bodywork. Please share this practice responsibly with those you trust. \nFor more information on Leaflin\, please see her teacher profile here. SUMMARY:6 Week Series for Bone Health (In-Person & Virtual) w/ Diane Saccone
DESCRIPTION:Please note: This date refers to the first of 6 sessions. This course will occur over 6 consecutive Mondays from June 1st through July 6th from 10:00 a.m.- 11:30 a.m. Should you need to miss a session\, it will be recorded and accessible for 2 months. \nFrailty Syndrome is a term used to describe a body-wide set of interconnected issues including musculoskeletal\, cardiovascular\, metabolic and immunologic systems. This group of symptoms is related to the decline of health as we age either as a result of habit\, chronic disease or a combination of both. As we move less\, muscular weakness and atrophy set in\, which cascades to the nervous system\, causing the nervous system not to fire as efficiently because of the lack of muscles to stimulate into action. \nPoor habits\, social isolation and lifestyle contribute to accelerated aging as well as stress and a negative attitude on life. This series will incorporate yoga techniques and strength training to combat common results of Frailty Syndrome\, like Sarcopenia and Osteoporosis. \nSarcopenia- The loss of muscle mass\, where the muscles that die and are replaced by fat\, begins around the age of 30 along with loss of bone mineral density at the rate of 1% per year. \nOsteoporosis-The risk of bone fracture- increases due to the increasing loss of bone mineral density as we move past the age of 30.  \nYou will also learn how our sensory faculties work in concert to create efficient neuromuscular movement\, sensorimotor integration\, and musculoskeletal activation. We will examine how the brain integrates and processes information and input from the visual\, sensory\, and vestibular systems and how yoga and functional fitness can help us enhance neuromuscular integration to maintain stability and mobility throughout our lives. \nAdditional skills we will learn include: \n\nThe importance of proprioception\, especially how the proprioceptively rich palms of the hands and soles of the feet play a key role in establishing better balance in both stillness and movement\nDiscussions around new research about proprioception that shows how it may help restore balance in cases of stroke\, Parkinson’s\, and other chronic conditions that affect walking\nHow to enhance proprioceptive awareness through asana practice\nHow to work with breath-based asana practice to progressively build better balance and stabilize your system from the core outward\nThe role of the foot in maintaining postural equilibrium as the foot moves from static placement to shifting balance in the activities of daily living\, such as walking\, stair climbing\, and reaching\nSimple steps you can take throughout the day to improve your balance\n\nThis course will be available through zoom recordings and digital for those who do not live closeby or may miss a class. Recordings will be available for 2 months after the program concludes. \nStudents will receive a workbook along with the course and this course qualifies for 20 CEUs with Yoga Alliance. SUMMARY:Reset Your Nervous System for Relaxation (In-Person & Virtual) w/ Jot Anant
DESCRIPTION:Workshop: Resetting the Nervous System – A Holistic Approach to Ease and Relaxation \nIn today’s fast-paced world\, the human nervous system often struggles to keep up with the rapid pace of societal and technological changes. It’s important to recognize that while the world around us is evolving quickly\, our nervous systems simply cannot evolve at the same rate. This workshop is designed to help you slow down\, reconnect\, and find balance\, especially in moments of stress and overwhelm. \nThroughout this experiential workshop\, we will take a deep dive into several holistic practices to support the nervous system and bring you back into a state of calm. SUMMARY:Where Your Time Goes\, Your Energy Flows w/ Katbird Dunn
DESCRIPTION:A 2-Hour Experiential Workshop on Taking Back Your Time \nMost people aren’t short on time—they’re over-committed. Between work\, family\, social obligations\, and internal pressure to “keep up\,” many of us lose touch with what we actually want our time to support. This workshop offers a grounded\, practical opportunity to pause\, reconnect with your values\, and make intentional choices about where your time and energy are going. This is not about optimizing your schedule or doing more. It’s about taking back your time—on purpose. \n \nWhat This Workshop Includes: \nMindfulness of the Body \nWe’ll begin with a guided mindfulness practice focused on the body and nervous system. Stress and over-commitment often show up physically before we consciously recognize them. Learning to notice these early signals helps interrupt burnout and chronic overextension. \n☮️ Equanimity & Over-Commitment \nRather than trying to eliminate stress\, we’ll explore equanimity—the ability to stay present and steady in the face of pressure. Participants will practice relating differently to urgency\, expectations\, and internalized responsibility\, creating more space for choice instead of reaction. \n \nValues Clarification \nThrough a simple\, accessible values exercise\, participants will identify what matters most to them right now. We’ll reflect on how clearly those values are—or aren’t—represented in daily commitments\, with a brief reflection on long-term perspective offered as food for thought. \nCalendar Audit (Bring Your Planner or Device) \nThis workshop is designed to be hands-on. Participants will review their actual calendars\, planners\, or scheduling apps to identify: \n✨ Obligations versus optional commitments ✨ Energy-draining versus energy-supportive activities ✨ Patterns driven by habit\, fear\, or external expectations \nWith guidance\, participants will identify at least one commitment to remove\, renegotiate\, or approach differently. \nScheduling What Sustains You \nSelf-care will be reframed as infrastructure—not a reward or luxury. Participants will intentionally schedule realistic\, supportive time into their calendars during the workshop\, reinforcing that sustainability requires structure. \nWhat You’ll Take Away:✨ A clearer understanding of how your time and energy are currently being used ✨ Greater awareness of the patterns driving over-commitment ✨ Clarity around personal values and priorities ✨ At least one concrete boundary or calendar change you can implement immediately ✨ A scheduled act of self-care already on your calendar ✨ Practical tools for making intentional choices about commitments moving forward \nWho This Workshop Is For:This workshop is well-suited for anyone who: ✩ Feels overbooked\, stretched thin\, or constantly “on” ✩ Struggles to say no or protect personal time ✩ Wants practical tools without pressure\, shame\, or perfectionism ✩ Is ready to be more intentional about how their time is spent \nNo prior mindfulness experience is required. Please bring your calendar\, planner\, or scheduling device to fully participate in the audit portion of the workshop. \n \nTaking Back Your Time—On Purpose\n \nFor more information on Katbird\, please see his teacher profile here! SUMMARY:Human Mandala Yoga: Creating Group Sacred Geometry w/ Pashupa Goodwin
DESCRIPTION:Human Mandala Yoga is a transformative group yoga experience where participants create stunning geometric formations with fellow yogis\, interlocking your bodies into intricate mandala patterns that radiate symmetry and beauty.  \nHave you ever seen or experienced partner yoga? Human Mandala Yoga offers many of the same benefits:  \n\nCommunity and connection – the interdependence of the poses creates a shared experience\, which is both fun and therapeutic.\nTrust and communication – participants learn to coordinate and support each other\nPlayfulness – it is a joyful practice that often produces laughter\, surprise\, and lots of opportunity for heart openings.\n\nThe Human Mandala Yoga Workshop contains two components:\n\nThe 2.5 hour workshop at ACY will begin with partner and small group flows\, and then we will learn choreography for a large group flow that will include everyone! \nThen\, we will relocate 3 minutes down the road to Lake View Park to practice the sequence in the wild. We will record the sequence with professional drone videography and photographs\, which will be shared with all of the participants. (if the weather doesn’t cooperate\, we will choose a rain date).\n\nThis isn’t just about striking poses; it’s about cultivating trust\, synchronicity\, and community. Each formation requires participants to support and connect with one another\, creating interdependent shapes that mirror the sacred geometry found in traditional mandalas. The practice becomes a meditation on unity\, balance\, and our interconnection with each other and the earth beneath us. \nBy the end of this workshop\, you’ll have mastered a complete mandala sequence and experienced creating it in nature – setting the foundation for an ongoing community practice in beautiful outdoor settings. You will be invited to join our email list\, and we will plan more outdoor mandala meet-ups all summer long! \nWhat to bring to outdoor session: \n\nYoga mat\nWater\, sunscreen\, comfortable fitted clothing (bonus points for wearing ACY shirts!)\nSense of adventure and playfulness!\n\nWhat You’ll Take Home: \n\nA complete mandala sequence you can practice anywhere\nProfessional drone footage and photos of your outdoor session\nConnection to an ongoing summer community for future outdoor mandalas\nNew partner yoga and group synchronization skills\nBeautiful shareable content and memories\n\nFor more information on Pashupa\, please see his teacher profile here. Please consider checking out from your local library\, or buying used. The audiobook is available as well. \nFrom GoodReads.com: \nSpirituality is meant to bring about harmony and peace. But the diversity of our philosophies\, beliefs\, concepts\, and views about the soul often leads to confusion. To reconcile the noise that clouds spirituality\, Michael Singer combines accounts of his own life journey to enlightenment—from his years as a hippie-loner to his success as a computer program engineer to his work in spiritual and humanitarian efforts—with lessons on how to put aside conflicting beliefs\, let go of worries\, and transform misdirected desires. Singer provides a road map to a new way of living not in the moment\, but to exist in a state of perpetual happiness. \n\n \nFor more information on the book club facilitator Stephen\, please see his teacher profile here! SUMMARY:Yin Yoga Teacher Training w/ Kelly Gilmore
DESCRIPTION:Are you feeling the call to slow your practice down? Are you looking for a therapeutic style of  yoga? Are you desiring greater mobility? Are you wanting to incorporate Yin into your Yoga classes but are seeking more training?  \nYin Yoga has so much to offer in regards to healing and alignment on the physical\, mental and energetic levels and has gained popularity in the past many years. While “Yang” Yoga styles (Ashtanga\, Vinyasa and other “flow” styles) focus on muscles\, “Yin” Yoga focuses on connective tissues\, with deeper longer holds and more time spent in stillness. \nThis training will provide you with the knowledge and embodied experience to safely and skillfully guide your students or yourself through transformative Yin Yoga sequences and classes. \nThis 30 hour Yoga Teacher Training is geared towards those who already hold a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate and is worth 30 continuing education credits through Yoga Alliance. Although the training will be created with current yoga teachers in mind\, the format and information will be accessible for anyone looking for a deeper understanding of Yin Yoga as a therapeutic technique. \n To learn more\, please visit the Yin Yoga Teacher Training website HERE!
