All levels are welcome. Please see contraindications at the bottom of the description.  \nAn ecstatic ceremony for the nervous system — where ancient breath practices meets modern music. \nThrough rhythmic breathing\, bass-driven soundscapes\, and uninhibited movement\, the SOMA Breath Rave opens a doorway into ecstatic states\, emotional release\, and deep embodiment. A space to shake\, sweat\, surrender\, and reconnect with your body’s natural bliss. The experience flows between our signature SOMA Breath sequences and free-form ecstatic dance\, allowing energy to move\, integrate\, and express itself organically.  \nNo expectations. No substances. DESCRIPTION:Free Community Event!\n\n\nWill meet TWICE on this book! June 16th and June 30th. \nGrab your book and save the dates! Community Members are welcome to join even if they are unable to finish the book\, as there is much value to be gained from discussion.  \nPlease sign up in advance so we know to expect you! \n*ACY does not provide copies of the book. Please consider checking out from your local library\, or buying used. The audiobook is available as well. \nFrom GoodReads.com: \nThe first two limbs of the eight-fold path of yoga sutras—the basic text for classical yoga—are examined in this spiritual guide to the practice of yoga. Foundational to all yogic thought\, they are considered to be the guidelines to the yoga way of living that free individuals to take ownership of their lives\, direct them toward the fulfillment they seek\, and gain the skills to choose attitude\, thought\, and action. \n The first five guidelines are referred to as the yamas—a Sanskrit word that translates to “restraints”—and encompass nonviolence\, truthfulness\, not stealing\, nonexcess\, and nonpossessiveness. The last five are referred to as the niyamas\, or observances—purity\, contentment\, self-discipline\, self-study\, and surrender.
