Calming The Nervous System w/ Mila Holy

In this workshop we will use various yogic practices to find peace amidst our busy lives. We will explore breathing techniques, chanting, gentle flow and therapeutic yoga practices, yoga nidra and meditation to calm down our minds. These techniques help us to tap into the parasympathetic nervous system. This system is the rest and digest mode that helps us to feel light, relaxed and care-free.
