30 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training

In a world that glorifies speed and intensity, Yin Yoga offers something radically different: the power of slowing down. While dynamic “Yang” styles like Ashtanga and Vinyasa build heat and strength in the muscles, Yin works deep within the connective tissues through longer-held postures and intentional stillness, supporting joint health, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance.

Join Kelly Gilmore for an immersive training that blends knowledge with embodied experience, empowering you to confidently guide transformative Yin sequences for your students — or yourself — and discover just how profound this quiet, powerful practice can be.

Youth Summer Camp

Our yoga camp holistically introduces children to the 8 limbs of yoga in digestible & engaging ways.  Summer camp days are filled with a combination of: Mindfulness, Movement, Yoga games, Activities, Art, Gardening, & so much more!

Children will connect with their breath, have fun as they move their bodies, and tap into their creativity as they express themselves through music, art, storytelling and nature.

Monthly Raffle

One of the ways we are able to continue offering donation-based classes is through our Monthly Raffles—an exciting opportunity to win amazing prizes while supporting the studio’s operations.

Each month, we host a raffle featuring a variety of items generously donated by local businesses, artists, and community members. These items highlight the incredible offerings in our region and provide an opportunity for you to discover something new, all while supporting the studio that brings yoga to all.

Workshops & Events

Beyond our regular classes, we host workshops & special events designed to help you go deeper—physically, mentally, spiritually, & connect further with community. These offerings create space to explore, learn, & connect. All levels are welcome, & everyone is invited.
