Learn to incorporate different therapeutic yoga applications and unique skills to build strength, muscle and bone mass, all while enhancing neuromuscular integration and agility to slow the progression of frailty. We will learn how to reduce stress and improve mood, as well as look at how we can change some of our habits to live our lives in a healthier way that benefits our entire being
Alignment 101 w/ Dana Maria

We’ll explore alignment as a way to create stability, ease, and freedom in your practice, rather than forcing your body into a perfect shape. Whether you’re new to yoga or refining your practice, you’ll leave with tools to move with greater confidence and awareness.
