September 5th – 27th, 2026. 30 CE credits.

Step into the subtle world within & discover the quiet power of your breath. Join Jot Anant for a transformative 30-hour pranayama training rooted in the Adi Nath Shiva Lineage, where ancient wisdom meets modern accessibility. Open to all—teachers & curious seekers alike—this immersive journey reveals breath as more than air, but as prana: the vital force that shapes your energy, steadies your mind, & awakens deeper awareness.

Through skillful practice, you’ll cultivate clarity, balance, vitality, & inner spaciousness while gaining the tools to integrate (& even teach) these techniques with confidence & authenticity. If the breath has been calling you inward, this is your invitation to listen—space is limited, & your journey begins with a single inhale.
