Yoga for Healthy Hips & Knees w/ Amy Sawyer

Equal amounts of strength & flexibility are essential for good range of motion. Weak hips can contribute to leg and knee pain. Strong hips create stability in the pelvis (our center of gravity) and the spine and minimize low back injuries. Imbalances in the hips can disturb the alignment of the knees and vice versa. In this lecture and practice based workshop, we'll explore how to maintain healthy hips and knees for long term benefits.

PLEASE NOTE: We encourage pre-registration for all programming. Registering in advance guarantees your spot and helps the studio have adequate staffing. If fewer than 5 participants register the event may be canceled.

Refund Policy: We understand that life happens and unforeseen circumstances come up. If life offers up an unexpected event and you need to withdraw from the workshop: 

  • A full refund will be issued if you need to withdraw 4+ days before the workshop.
    • If you need to withdraw within 3 days or fewer, no refund is provided.
