The ancient yogis and sages understood the importance of the breath, and how it can be used to harness life-force energy (prana) for healing, awakening, and self-mastery.
This workshop will be a deep dive into breathwork using various techniques of SOMA Breath, a powerful modality combining music, chanting, pranayama techniques, and meditation. We will be exploring the science of pranayama, how to regulate and balance your nervous system, and how to use the breath to release your endogenous entheogen, or inner elixir, to achieve higher states of consciousness.
Note: All breathwork techniques should ideally be done on an empty stomach, or at least 1-2 hrs after eating a full meal. All levels are welcome.
