Gabby Mitchneck

Gabby began her spiritual healing journey in September 2021, drawn to the ancient practices of yoga to address feelings of mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual dissociation, as well as addiction. By April 2022, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Certification.

Following this, Gabby earned her Reiki I and II Certifications, a 108-hour Meditation Technique Certification, and training in shamanic breathwork and ceremony facilitation. Gabby is also an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and is currently deepening her knowledge as an Ayurvedic Practitioner under Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute in Asheville, while picking up Pilates training along the way.

Gabby loves teaching slow flow yoga, breathwork, and meditation with sound instruments. She emphasizes mindfulness, ancient Yogic and Ayurvedic philosophies, and Ancient medicine. Gabby incorporates spirituality into each class, often preferring flows without music. She believes there’s a healing practice for everyone and finds joy in connecting with her inner child by teaching and creating fun kids’ yoga classes.

When not immersed in her studies, Gabby spends time with her puppy, Gretchen. She enjoys stand-up comedy, singing, dancing, and cooking vegan and gluten-free meals. She also loves going on road trips, exploring new places, and nurturing her many plants.
