- Opening our Senses with Cacao “Bliss Balls” (or chocolate for those with sensitivities)
- Singing and Sharing with Women
- Moving and settling in our bodies with Dance and Restorative Yoga
- Planting Seeds for Spring: Internally with Intentions and Externally with Flowers!
We do this work together to…
- Support Women as we transition from one season to another
- Find joy and pleasure in our bodies and in community
- Connect with and honor the beauty and bounty of the natural world
- AWAKEN LOVE in our hearts and on this planet TOGETHER!!!

Cost: $35-$65 Sliding Scale
(Please consider the price of Cacao when determining a price point.)
PLEASE NOTE: We encourage pre-registration for all programming. Registering in advance guarantees your spot and helps the studio have adequate staffing. If fewer than 5 participants register the event may be canceled.
