Join us for an empowering workshop designed to help you discover and embrace your inner warrior.
You will learn how to harness the power of yoga poses, breathwork, meditation, and yogic philosophy to cultivate courage, resilience, empowerment, confidence and inner strength.
You will learn:
-How the five warrior poses can cultivate stability, courage, and grounding in times of uncertainty and change.
-Pranamayama breathing techniques to energize the body, calm the mind, and access a reservoir of inner strength.
-The power of meditation to provide the mental clarity, detachment and emotional balance to face life’s challenges with grace, determination, and a fearless heart.
-How to embody core concepts in yogic philosophy to support your warrior spirit.
