The foot is the root of the human tree. In this workshop, we will learn how an asana practice positively affects the brain’s neuroplasticity, calms the mind, and helps us balance our lives off the mat. We will challenge our coordination, agility, and balance in tandem with breath-work that will help you to adapt to life’s challenges with a clear and calm mind. This workshop is perfect for all age groups and especially anyone who finds it difficult to still the mind or lives with balance and coordination challenges.
