My name is Lindsay and my pronouns are she/her.
When I discovered Asana Yoga, I was deeply moved by the profound impact it had had on all facets of my life. Inspired by the power of the body & breath connection, I delved deeper into my explorations of Pranayama and Meditation, and eventually found myself called to Yoga Teacher Training as a means to both further my own practice, and to help others find their own personal connection to the practice.
I have 5+ years of experience in the fitness industry, and am passionate about helping people connect with their body in a way that promotes holistic health and sustainable, life-long habits. I recognize the deep trust that you place in a teacher when you chose to practice with them, and I always aim support you and create a safe and welcoming environment for your practice.
Outside of the studio, I enjoy being outside (usually hiking), writing, reading & hanging out with my cats!
