This workshop will be a combination of practice and lecture. We’ll review anatomy and alignment, yoga postures and help or hurt, and discover how to feel more supported in our bodies and in our lives.
Our time together will include:
• Physical and energetic anatomy & alignment
• Most common causes of back pain
• Relieving back pain – what to do and not do
• Practice/poses you can do at home when pain flares
