The New Year offers the opportunity to reflect in gratitude for the past and set our intentions for the journey ahead.Â
This workshop will include journaling, meditation, intention setting, and an inspiring yoga practice accompanied by live music, with electronic beats and soul-soothing frequencies. We’ll end our time together with an extra long savasana with sound healing to relax and rejuvenate, with an optional sharing circle for additional inspiration.
