Ana is currently pursuing 500 hour yoga certification with Asheville Yoga Center after having completed her 200 hour YTT in 2021 with School Yoga Institute. In her class, she invites students to honor their bodies with intuitive movement and plenty of opportunities to modify postures. Ana’s approach to sequencing includes postures that invigorate the body, explores feel-good stretches, and is accessible to a variety of bodies. She also taps into the power of breath and nervous system regulation to encourage a full mind-body practice.
When not at the studio, she loves bicycling and fixing bikes, hanging out with her cat, and sharing meals with her friends.
