Back to Basics w/ Sonya Burres

This workshop is designed for anyone new to yoga, anyone who has been away for a while due to Covid or Life, or, for those who do other things but just want to see what this Yoga business is about. Learn how yoga can be beneficial to you. We will go over the basics and much, much more. You know your body better than anyone so you will find out what works for you. Learn modifications and how props can be used to benefit you in your practice.

Do I have to be in good shape? NO
Do I have to do everything with straight legs? NO
Do I have to have great balance? NO
Can your breath be useful? YES
Find ways to take care of yourself in practice, what you like and don’t, and how you feel about
this practice. Everyone can do yoga.

PLEASE NOTE: We encourage pre-registration for all programming. Registering in advance guarantees your spot and helps the studio have adequate staffing. If fewer than 5 participants register the event may be canceled.
