Didgeridoo Meditation w/ Corey Costanzo

Join us for two hours to unwind and let the didgeridoo guide you to a deep place of relaxation and ease. This deceptively simple hollow piece of wood a deep sense of relaxation and connection to one’s inner wisdom.

The didgeridoo is the world’s oldest wind instrument. This deceptively simple hollow piece of wood produces a hauntingly rich sound laced with overtones and vibrations that facilitate a deep sense of relaxation and connection to one’s inner wisdom. Experience the ancient sound of the didgeridoo as you are guided along a journey of rhythm, breath, and soul.

This workshop will follow a similar structure to Corey’s weekly restorative yoga with didgeridoo class with added space for gentle pranayama and guided imagery to help enhance and deepen your relaxation journey. He will be playing multiple didgeridoos in different keys to flow through various meditative states. Join us for two hours to unwind and let the didgeridoo guide you to a deep place of relaxation and ease.
