This two hour workshop is designed for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause. Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and meaningful group connection, participants will explore ways to ease common symptoms such as hot flashes, anxiety, mood swings, fatigue, and insomnia while cultivating a deeper understanding of this powerful life transition.
We’ll honor this phase not as a loss, but as a rebirth: a time of wisdom, intuition, and renewal.
