How To Build A Home Practice w/ Dana Maria

In this 2 hour all levels workshop we will learn some basic building blocks that will aid in putting together your own sequences and approach your home practice with confidence. Learn to move at your own pace, listen and respond to your body, and develop greater consistency and frequency in your yoga practice.

Establishing an independent home practice is a rite of passage for yoga practitioners. It’s the point at which we really learn to move at our own pace, listen and respond to our bodies, and develop greater consistency and frequency in our yoga practice. Practicing on our own empowers us and gives us new freedom to explore.

Whatever it is that brings you to the mat, be clear in your intention.

PLEASE NOTE: We encourage pre-registration for all programming. Registering in advance guarantees your spot and helps the studio have adequate staffing. If fewer than 5 participants register the event may be canceled.

Refund Policy: We understand that life happens and unforeseen circumstances come up. If life offers up an unexpected event and you need to withdraw from the workshop: 

  • A full refund will be issued if you need to withdraw 4+ days before the workshop.
  • If you need to withdraw within 3 days or fewer, no refund is provided.
