Honor the Winter Solstice with a calming, reflective practice to help you slow down, realign, and reconnect.
This workshop blends gentle movement, yin yoga, breathwork, and meditation to support rest and renewal as we transition into winter and the new year.
Inspired by ancient traditions celebrating the return of light, this experience offers a chance to pause, release the noise of the season, and root into what truly matters.
This 2-hour workshop is fully guided and experiential.
We’ll move through:
-Opening circle + Solstice reflection
-Breathwork + meditation
-Slow, intuitive flow
-Yin yoga for winter meridians (kidney/bladder)
-Restorative savasana + visualization
-Journaling and closing reflection
Participants will leave with:
-Tools to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind
-Breath and movement practices for seasonal balance
-Space to reflect and set heartfelt intentions
-A sense of grounding, clarity, and renewal

- A full refund will be issued if you need to withdraw 4+ days before the workshop. Please reach out for your refund, as it will not be automatically applied to your account.
- If you need to withdraw within 3 days or fewer, no refund is provided.
