Rooted in the Present: Grounding for Clarity & Calm w/ Kasia Kane

During this grounding workshop, participants will cultivate mindfulness and emotional stability through techniques like breathwork, meditation, and body awareness, fostering a deeper connection to the present moment.
Grounding is the practice of reconnecting with the present moment and one’s physical body to reduce stress, anxiety, and mental overwhelm. It involves techniques that help shift focus away from distracting thoughts or emotions, promoting a sense of stability, calm, and balance. Common methods include deep breathing, mindfulness, physical sensations (like feeling the ground beneath you), and visualization exercises. Grounding helps individuals feel more centered, focused, and in control.

This grounding workshop is designed to help individuals reconnect with the present moment, reduce stress, and promote mindfulness. It begins with a brief overview of the key concepts behind grounding, followed by a variety of techniques, including meditation, breathwork, and body awareness exercises. Participants will learn to anchor themselves in the here and now, fostering emotional balance and mental clarity. This workshop is ideal for those seeking to enhance focus, relaxation, and overall well-being.

  • A full refund will be issued if you need to withdraw 4+ days before the workshop.
    • If you need to withdraw within 3 days or fewer, no refund is provided.
