Knowledge is power “they” say, so how do we get our dense minds to wrap around the expansive nature of spirituality? What has science been able to prove to explain all these phenomena that are experienced with a practice of breath, yoga, & meditation?Â
Let’s break it down – the abridged version of what is happening when we do physical practice in a mindful conscious manner. We will briefly discuss each of these topics: The science of Breath,The science of Yoga, The science of Meditation, The science of Energy, The science of Spirit, The science of Heart, AND THEN Let’s add practical PRACTICE in our human vessel & EXPERIENCE all these logical things.Â
What is all this energy stuff anyway? What is spirit? Why should I care about my breath? What does meditation do? What does the heart have to do with spirit? Maybe you have your own ideas on how logic marries the physical experience of human nature. Let’s talk about it, What’s your perspective?
In this workshop, you will understand the fundamentals of what science has proven, in regards to the impacts that breath, yoga and meditation have on the body. We will anchor this knowledge into our body, mind and soul through various physical practices of breath-work, yoga movement & guided meditation.
My intention is after this workshop you will be able to allow yourself to truly experience the benefits of breath, yoga and meditation without the hesitation of the mind/thought/old beliefs interfering with the power created in a fully present practice.
