The foot is the root of the human tree.
In this 3 hour workshop, we will review common causes of foot conditions, and how foot related health challenges can cause chronic pain in other parts of the body. We will explore how foot health can negatively influence posture and can challenge our coordination, agility, and balance.
We will work through these challenges in tandem with breathwork that will help you adapt to life’s obstacles with a clear and calm mind. The workshop will start with an interactive lecture followed by stimulating exercises for foot health and improved circulation. The second half will include a class focused on balance, coordination and breathwork.
This worksop is perfect for all age groups, and especially anyone with balance and coordination challenges. Yoga teachers can receive 4 CEUs, and a workbook will be provided for all who attend.
