Join us for a supportive and empowering yoga modifications workshop designed specifically for individuals with knee and wrist sensitivity.
This workshop offers practical tools and accessible variations to help you move safely and confidently on your mat.
Through practice and discussion you will learn how to adapt common poses, use props effectively, and build strength and mobility without strain. Whether you’re managing an injury or looking for a more comfortable practice, this session will help you honor your body while still enjoying the full benefits of yoga.

PLEASE NOTE:Â We encourage pre-registration for all programming. Registering in advance guarantees your spot and helps the studio have adequate staffing. If fewer than 5 participants register the event may be canceled.
Refund Policy:Â We understand that life happens and unforeseen circumstances come up. If life offers up an unexpected event and you need to withdraw from the workshop:
- A full refund will be issued if you need to withdraw 4+ days before the workshop. Please reach out for your refund, as it will not be automatically applied to your account.
- If you need to withdraw within 3 days or fewer, no refund is provided.
