A 4-week long offering to explore the intersections between hatha yoga and Somatic Experiencing through the lens of nervous system repair. We will practice asana, pranayama, and mindful social engagement in service to healing our connection with our bodies, hearts, and each other. All of you is welcome.
This 6 week series works to improve balance, build muscle strength, flexibility and mobility to enhance overall physical health, which leads to better functioning in daily activities. Participation in the program may also result in better mental health, reduced stress, improved memory and cognition, and increased self-esteem.
We wish to create an experience that will allow parents/caregivers to benefit from the physical, emotional and spiritual connection between themselves and their little ones. One can anticipate light breathwork, gentle movements, restorative postures, baby massages, and more.
