In this part lecture and part practice workshop, we'll review anatomy, posture and proper alignment of the neck and shoulder areas, as well as tools to help avoid or manage pain and maintain mobility for optimal health.
Integrative Breathwork is a powerful complement to meditation and yoga, effective for working with addiction, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Deeply connect to your body and hear/feel/see the messages from your intuition. You can reach expanded states of consciousness in a completely natural way using your breath and a specific music playlist.
In this workshop we will explore the nuances of sound in yoga, learn different ways to incorporate mantra, and use mantra as a form of meditation, to soothe the mind and connect us back to our true Selves. By understanding the use of mantras participants will gain a better perspective of the application of sacred sound in their own personal Yoga sadhana (practice).
