Osteoporosis is a disease in which bones become less dense, predisposing them to fractures. This 4 hour evidence based workshop will focus on how specific yoga poses help not only slow the progression of bone loss but create strong bones, and at the same time improve balance.
Ring in the New Year by “wringing” out the body and mind.Learn yoga postures that aim to stimulate digestive, lymphatic and circulatory systems, helping to release toxins and restore balance in the body.release thought patterns that no longer serve us while setting healthy aligned new intentions for the upcoming year.
This 6 week series works to improve balance, build muscle strength, flexibility and mobility to enhance overall physical health, which leads to better functioning in daily activities. Participation in the program may also result in better mental health, reduced stress, improved memory and cognition, and increased self-esteem.
A 4-week long offering to explore the intersections between hatha yoga and Somatic Experiencing through the lens of nervous system repair. In this workshop, we will take a deep dive into understanding how fascial lines of the back body are directly affected over time by incorrect posture, lifestyle, and more, and how this eventually leads to lower back pain and sciatic nerve related conditions, hip and knee pain, as well as poor foot health and increased chronic disease and falls risk.
