This two-hour circle is a gently guided and collectively woven container for women and genderqueer folks to reflect on and release the imprints of 2025, while turning towards and setting intentions for the year ahead. Through altar building, personal sharing, journaling, singing, and somatic practices, we will still time to honor ourselves and tend to our needs in the transition from 2025 into 2026.
There is a building shift in the medical field that is focusing more on frailty prevention rather than treating Osteoporosis. New research has shown measuring frailty not bone mass density should be the new standard for fracture indicators; not a diagnosis of osteoporosis. This workshop will incorporate the latest research into practice and is suitable for all age and fitness levels. A workbook will be provided, and 5 CEUs will be available for yoga teachers.

In this three part series, we will explore the intersections between Hatha yoga and Somatic Experiencing through the lens of nervous system repair. We will explore yoga postures, group discussion, journaling, and coregulation in service to healing our connection with our bodies, hearts, and each other. All of you is welcome.
