In this workshop, we will explore the intersections between hatha yoga and Somatic Experiencing through the lens of nervous system repair. We will practice asana, pranayama, and mindful social engagement in service to healing our connection with our bodies, hearts, and each other. All of you is welcome.
This two hour workshop is designed for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause. Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and meaningful group connection, participants will explore ways to ease common symptoms such as hot flashes, anxiety, mood swings, fatigue, and insomnia, while cultivating a deeper understanding of this powerful life transition.
