Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Yin Yoga has so much to offer in regards to healing and alignment on the physical, mental and energetic levels and has gained in popularity over the past many years. While “Yang” Yoga styles (Ashtanga, Vinyasa and other “flow” styles) focus on muscles, “Yin” Yoga focuses on connective tissues with deeper longer holds and more time spent in stillness.

Join Dr. Krystal Kinnunen, Licensed Acupuncturist, Herbalist, and Yoga Instructor, and Suzannah Tebbe Davis, Shamanic Energy Medicine Woman, Hypnotherapist, and Light Body Worker for a community acupuncture sound journey: Journey Through the Sound of Creation. During this event, we will journey together, integrating Dreamtime, the element of sound, and the practice of acupuncture. Shamans are dreamers. The heart of their practice is the intentional dream journey. As we come to the intersections between dream time, waking, and sleeping, our journey begins at the portal of liminal space, the imaginal place between sleep and awake time where we remember our deepest dreams. and other lives.

Inversion Foundations w/ Anjali Romaniuk

Inversion Foundations will be a workshop about building the awareness and physical strength to master inverted yoga poses including Down Dog, Shoulder Stance, head Stand, Forearm Stand, and Hand Stand. 

As a group we will look at what physical functions are necessary for inversions and what to avoid for injury sake. 

We will do practices to strengthen the wrists, shoulders, and core which support inversions.

This would be a hands-on workshop where physical adjustments and support will be necessary.
