Andrew found yoga at the tail end of a long battle with drug addiction. Practicing daily has helped him to cultivate energy and vitality like he had never imagined without the use of substances. He hopes to inspire others to explore yogic practices more deeply through his curated class experiences.
Having worked almost 10 years as a personal trainer, Andrew is sensitive to the needs of the bodies that are in front of him. He believes that a focused and intense physical yoga practice can open up the doorway for a deeper and more profound experience of life. Drawing from his own experience, he likes to mix elements of breathwork and meditation into his classes.
Andrew runs a coaching and retreats company with his wife for which he leads yoga classes, breathwork workshops, and group coaching activities. When not working, Andrew may be found practicing handstands, reading or writing, or playing musical instruments poorly.
