Anna Kate Stephenson

I believe yoga is one of the best tools to help people feel more confident and comfortable within their bodies, minds & souls. Personally, yoga has not only transformed my mobility and strength, but also led me to find more peace, gratitude and divinity within myself. I obtained my 250 hour certification at the amazing Asheville Community Yoga and have been practicing yoga for the past 10 years. In addition, I have completed training in yin yoga, breath work and chair yoga. My teaching blends asanas, pranayama, and meditation in a vinyasa style class. I strive to inspire gratitude within each student for all they are capable of, and to create a safe, peaceful and accessible space.
