Hi! I’m Arianna and I teach classes that are based in vinyasa but have a restorative, gentle twist. Guided meditation and breathwork practices are deeply integrated into my classes, which work in tandem with creative and unique flows that are approachable for any skill level. We hold poses for longer than you’d expect in a vinyasa class and the transitions are gentle, even if some of the poses build heat. The beauty and peace that comes from an hour of connecting mind, body, and breath are vital to my life, it is an honor and a joy to bring this practice to my community! I work in the environmental field and love to incorporate themes of nature and the seasons into my classes. When I am not teaching you can find me out in the woods, writing and playing music, on an adventure abroad, trying something new, and making friends!
