Certified Heartfulness Meditation Trainer
Bill has been practicing Heartfulness meditation daily for over 25 years and was certified a Heartfulness trainer in 2015. Through the years he has completed numerous Heartfulness workshops and attended copious Heartfulness meditation gatherings in India, Europe, Dubai, and USA. He fulfilled a four (4) month retreat at a Heartfulness ashram in 2010. Bill is also a student of NVC (Non-Violent Communication, aka compassionate communication). He is grateful to share the Heartfulness practices with anyone who has interest to experience the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits of meditation, for inner change, growth and well-being

Heartfulness Meditation Class
The central practices of Heartfulness are Relaxation, Meditation and Cleaning. There will be a brief introduction and instruction on Heartfulness at each class. It’s a very simple practice. The essential aim of the class is for one to have an experience aligned with their highest need. To bring an experience there will be guided-relaxation and heart-centered meditation, aided by yogic transmission for a deeper meditation experience. The Cleaning exercise, a practice that effectively removes emotional burdens and reactivity and unhealthy thought patterns, will also be introduced and experienced.

Heartfulness meditation is yoga, rooted in ancient raja yoga teachings simplified for current times. Heartfulness quiets and regulates the mind, which deepens peace and harmony. The practice purifies the heart, enhancing love, courage and clarity. The role of the heart is more than a physical pumping station.
