Brian Hayes

Brian fell in love with yoga in the mountains of Colorado in 2018, sparking a deep journey into spirituality and the healing arts. Since then, he has dedicated himself to exploring practices that cultivate presence, connection, and well-being.

Before settling in Asheville in the spring of 2024, Brian completed over 1,200 hours of training at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona. He is a certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher and holds additional diplomas in Breathwork, Health & Wellness Coaching, Meditation, Hypnotherapy, and more.

Brian brings a grounded yet expansive presence to his classes, drawing from his experience as a facilitator with Sacred Sons, a global men’s organization focused on emotional connection, conscious leadership, and community. He has facilitated workshops, sound journeys, and retreats across the country, always returning to the healing power of movement, breath, and nature.

Living with an autoimmune condition since 2012, Brian has developed a holistic practice he calls Nature-Rooted Wellness, a gentle, integrative blend of yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and meditation. Inspired by the forests and the rhythms of the Earth, he’s passionate about supporting others in reconnecting to their bodies, their breath, and their innate wisdom.

Whether you’re new to the mat or deepening your practice, Brian offers a safe and soulful space to explore, heal, and grow.
