Brunna Belfiore

Brunna landed in Asheville after travelling the world for 6 years. In 2019, she left Brazil to pursue a career as a vegan chef in Australia, which connected her to a very different lifestyle, one that emphasizes stillness, silence, and deep appreciation for the wilderness. Brunna left Australia after completing a year-long Yoga teacher training (500hr) in 2022. She deepened her experience sharing classes in Australia, Thailand, India, and Brazil, later continuing her education in India, studying Sankhya philosophy, Tantra, and Ayurveda.

Brunna’s Heart of Tantra Yoga classes invite you to build deep intimacy with yourself by embracing the reality of your current experience. The breath-led sequence serves as a gentle guide, entirely accessible to all body types and ages. Her core intention is to empower students to cultivate their own personal practice—learning to trust the power of their breath both on the mat and out in the world. The invitation is to experience what it feels like to move at the pace of your own breath, taking each moment and movement as a unique pulse of life.

Outside of the classroom, you can find Brunna’s expression through cooking nourishing meals, writing, painting, and practicing the art form of Contact Improvisation.
