David has practiced sitting meditation daily for over 53 years. He completed the 250 hour yoga teacher training at ACY in 2025. He has done many retreats over the years. In February 2025 he completed a 4 week solo silent hermitage. He devotes every waking moment to the quality of his awareness. Over the years his Sadhana (daily set of practices) has included radical acceptance, Hatha Yoga, lucid dreaming and practicing sports “in the zone.”
David wrote a book to encourage people to find their own faith to practice meditation. Now he is sparking a movement to create exponential growth in the number of people meditating daily. Many people know meditation is good for them. The Sow & Grow meditation movement supports their will.
David teaches and leads meditation from his own experience, using plain English and common sense.
