Eli is an intuitive empath, artist, massage therapist, dancer, and doula with a simple and humble approach to yoga. Uniting the body, breath, and spirit, Eli crafts calming and nurturing practices that honor the chaos and beauty of the human experience. Drawing on the wisdom of her teachers and others walking the path of self-realization and loving-kindness, Eli’s accessible classes are often interspersed with readings, mantra, and song to support practitioners on their journey of tuning into the body’s innate wisdom.

Eli is a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist (NCLMBT 20839) and practices the ancient art of Thai Massage, a form of mat-based bodywork incorporating dynamic stretching and compressions along the energy lines of the body to restore whole-body health and alignment. She holds an 85-hr certification in Perinatal Yoga, earned her RYT 200-hour certification in 2017, and has trained with revered teacher Mark Whitwell in the Heart of Yoga lineage. Eli loves incorporating organic movement into her practice, inspired by her many years dancing Butoh, practicing ritual movement, and working in the realms of physical and masked theater.

Come as you are — if you can breathe, you can do yoga!

Eli is currently offering postpartum doula services in the wake of baby’s homecoming, offering night shifts, cooking, cleaning, organization, and gentle bodywork to support your family during this time of tender transition.
